1. Introduction

Welcome to Support4Free’s Terms and Conditions (“terms”). These terms set out how we operate, who we partner with and your interaction with us. These should be read in conjunction with our other legal notices, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Legal Notice

Support4Free Ltd (“us”, “we” or “our”) is a registered company in England and Wales (company registration number 12273883), registered at The Hayloft, St Johns College Farm, 91 Newcastle Street, Tuxford, Nottinghamshire NG22 0LN.

3. How we provide support

Support4Free provides free access to you to a range of comparison services which allow you to compare products and services including household utility bills, television service providers and mobile telephone contracts, with a view to save you money or to make sure you are using the most appropriate contract or service for your needs.

Support4Free partners with charities and charitable organisations (”organisation”) and will provide support by way of a monetary donation or by whatever other means are requested by the organisation (“donation”). This may include contributions to vet bills, the supply of food and blankets or any other item that the organisation has asked for to assist them with their charitable goals.

We will track where you came through to our website to use these products and services, such as social media links, to make sure that the organisation you support benefit from the financial support created by your use of these products and services.

In the unlikely event that Support4Free has not been able to track your use of these products or services back to a specific organisation, we reserve the right to decide which organisation will receive your donation and will let you know upon request.

4. How do we get paid

The donation we are able to provide to the organisation will vary based on the products or services used. Support4Free will earn a commission for every product or service used, and will endeavour to ensure that a significant proportion of this commission will be made as a donation, after operating costs. We will only make a donation once we have been paid by the supplier, which is usually once the product or service is operational, which could take several months and we can make no guarantee as to this time period.

Each organisation reserves the right to use the funds donated as they see fit. Their decision over the use of these funds is final.

5. Who we partner with

Support4Free partner with charities, charitable organisations and good causes that provide a wide range of support services to individuals, animals or other good causes. We always welcome recommendations for organisations that you feel would be a good cause for us to support, please tell us about them at info@support4free.co.uk

We work closely with our partners with the marketing of our products and services, and we make sure that there is full transparency to the organisation of the donations that they have been, and will be, paid.

Support4Free follows a prescribed on-boarding process when partnering with organisations including a due diligence checklist, a copy of which is available upon request. Support4Free cannot accept any responsibility for the actions of the organisation.
